1 Eat a banana. Include bananas in your everyday diet to prevent acid reflux and soothe heartburn when it happens.
2. Eat less. Instead of eating three big meals a day, try eating five to six small meals throughout the day. Smaller meals mean your body is less likely to produce lot sof acid which can aggravate your wind pipe. It will also give you the added benefit of losing some wait. Eating smaller meals will help to stabilize your blood sugar which means you are less likely to pick at surgary snacks.
