50 Year Old "Goddess With A Frozen Age" Stuns The Internet With Her Extremely Youthful Looks!
Vivian Chow (born 10 November 1967) is a popular singer and actress from Hong Kong. She was one of the top actresses in Hong Kong film during the 1980s. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Vivian entered the New Talent Singing Awards which held by TVB & Capital Artists in 1985. She began her singing ＆ acting career by winning the first runner-up at a freelance DJ competition in 1986. Her charming smile at that time captured the hearts of many men.
Recently, Vivian 周慧敏 again captured the local media’s attention as she was appointed by the Society for Abandoned Animals Limited (SAA) as its first ambassador, and started participating in
different fund-raising activities. A lot of people are shocked when they saw her well-maintained figure and skin despite her age. All the years did not leave too many marks on her face. Do you wish to be like her, growing old slowly and gracefully? Here is what Vivian
had shared with us about her anti-aging secret during an interview.
1. Run on the treadmill everyday
To keep herself in shape, Vivian said her secret is to run on the treadmill at home: "I run on the threadmill for 40 minutes each time and about 2-3 times a week. Running on the treadmill is my
only exercise routine." One of the most obvious benefits of using a treadmill is that it helps you lose weight. Running for just 20 minutes at 6mph will burn 229 calories. And if you can kick it up to
8mph, you’ll burn almost 300!
2. Taking care of eye health to look younger
According to Vivian周慧敏, eyes aren't just a window to the soul; they can also be a telltale sign of aging! She mentioned that clear and sparkling eyes can make us look younger, thats why it is important to take care of our eyes health as well. As we get older, we may start to notice that our eyes aren't as clear and white as they were when we were younger. Eating food rich in zeaxanthin can slow down aging of the eyes. Vivian eats goji berries every day to take care of her eyes health. Goji berries contain extremely high levels of zeaxanthin. The function of zeaxanthin is to absorb the blue light and protect the delicate retinal area of the eye. The beta-carotene is converted to vitamin A, which in turn helps to improve vision. Eating goji berries will strengthen your eyes and keep them
strong and sparkling as you age.
3. Drinking fish soup to boost collagen
Vivian likes drinking fish soup nearly every day! According to her, fish soup helps to nourish her skin and increase collagen
production. Fish soup is full of gelatin (converted collagen from the fish) which helps nourish the digestive tract and also the largest organ in our body – our skin. Collagen is an important building block for elasticity, and its ability to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. This protein is also necessary to firm sagging skin, and can even help even out your skin tone.
4. Eat fruits rich in vitamin C
Vivian emphasized how important it is to consume fruits which are rich in Vitamin C. Vitamin C provides a range of benefits, from
evening out your skin tone, shielding skin from the visible impacts of pollution, significantly improving hydration, and keeping your skin looking youthful. Fruits which have the highest content of Vitamin C are oranges, guavas, kiwifruit, strawberries and papayas.
Vitamin C is an antioxidant and can help reduce skin damage caused by free radicals. So, when vitamin C is properly delivered into skin cells, there is a good chance to reduce wrinkles and improve skin texture.
